Simple Forward

1. If the path type is simple forward, we will capture the direct phone number in Forwarding To field.
2. When an incoming call is received, the call will be forwarded to the configured phone number.
   
3. For instance, incoming call to -> +1 408 650 7099 and immediately it will ring to the configured number 6509061034
   
4. Once the call is answered, a popup will appear to enter the description.
5. When the call got ended, call log is created automatically and based on the call duration it will get charged.
6. Usage history will be tracked in the manage your account section.
